Workers can register for E - Shram through the official portal ( eshram .gov.in) or by visiting their nearest Common Service Center (CSC). The registration process is as follows: Step 1: Visit the e - SHRAM p ortal. Step 2: Click on the REGISTER on eShram option. eSHRAM is a portal for registering workers in the unorganized sector in India, such as migrant workers, gig workers, agricultural workers, etc. It provides details of their name, occupation, address, skill types and family details for social security benefits. The Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana (PM-SYM) is a pension scheme for unorganized sector workers aged 18–40 with a monthly income of ₹15,000 or less. Eligible individuals can enroll via self-registration or Common Service Centres (CSCs).
