Before applying online, the candidate must have a scanned copy of a self signed passport size photograph and his/her signature. Size of the scanned photograph and signature should be less than 120KB. The scanned photograph and signature must be .jpg, .gif or .png format. RERA Acts, Rules and Regulations Real Estate Regulatory Authority RERA Punjab is the real estate regulatory authority of Punjab and was established in August 2017. The authority offers facilities such as registration of real estate projects, promoters, agents, update of projects quarterly, the extension of projects, and grievance redressal for the buyers. The Punjab Government notified the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 on 08/06/2017 vide Notification No. G.S.R -19/C.A.16/2016/Ss.2 and 84/2017. The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab was established on 10/08/2017 upon the joining of Chairperson with two full-time Members.
