Established in 1997, Netaji Subhas Open University is the premier State Open University in India, dedicated to the memory of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It offers distance education programmes in Arts and Commerce in the vernacular medium. Learners' Facilitation Centres at three Regional Centres and HQ have been set up by Netaji Subhas Open University .
