CHAPTER-I. The Commission submitted its report (Part-I) regarding the incident of burning coach S-6 of Sabarmati Express Train near Godhra Railway Station on 27.2.2002 (hereafter referred to as the „Godhra incident‟), to the Government of Gujarat on 18.9.2008.
