Antagit DS gel (Alumina, Magnesia & Simethicone Oral Suspension ) is indicated for treatment of hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, dyspepsia, heart burn, gastritis, hiatal hernia and gaseous distension. » Alumina, Magnesia, and Simethicone Oral Suspension contains the equivalent of not less than 90.0 percent and not more than 115.0 percent of the labeled amounts of aluminum hydroxide [Al (OH) 3] and magnesium hydroxide [Mg (OH) 2], and an amount of polydimethylsiloxane [(CH 3) 2 SiO] n that is not less than 85.0 percent and not more than 115.0 percent of the labeled amount of simethicone . Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone is a combination of two antacids ( Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium ) and an antifoaming medicine ( Simethicone ).
