The scam is by a company called Vehicle information . Worst case – I googled “MOT date check”DVLA and another web site ( Vehicle information ) offered the check looking like the DVLA . 2. The vehicle information site distracted me so much and sent me down a rabbit hole (I can't remember unfort, it was 2 months ago!!) that I lost track and thought I had taxed my car when I hadn't. This isn't a criticism but a genuine question to someone raised with the internet and text speak. Is unfort your personal abbreviation or commonplace? Vehicle Information somehow garnered my email, my bank card details and my car registration and ,unknown to me, collected the 50p start up fee and eleven monthly payments of £7.95 before I realised. (take more care with bank statements, I know!).
