This initiative aims to strengthen diagnostic and SRH services, ensuring the availability of critical blood products for urgent needs and ultimately enhancing health outcomes for the Sierra Leonean population. Reproductive Health The Reproductive Health Programme develops guidelines, norms, and standards for sexual and reproductive health and rights ( SRH ) in different contexts. The Programme supports Member States in developing, implementing, and evaluating effective policies and strategies related to sexual and reproductive health to improve SRH ’s outcomes throughout the life cycle and ensure universal coverage. HIV and SRH service integration has led to improvements in the quality of health care provided by facilities and improved health outcomes for clients. Evidence shows that of the 18,756 women who presented for family planning services between October 2020 and December 2022, 16,298 (86.9%) were screened for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
