The entire process of procurement of food grains is done by portal. Food grains are procured (purchased) from the farmers by the procurement centers. After receipt, the farmers are given the receipt of their sold grains. The grain amount is deposited in their registered bank account. MP E Uparjan is an online portal that allows farmers of Madhya Pradesh to self-register and sell their Kharif crops at MSP. This year, the online registration process is facilitated; farmers are capable of making it from the comfort of their homes. The E- Uparjan application is planned to cover the entire state of Madhya Pradesh, enabling real-time monitoring of various crops such as wheat, paddy, sorghum, millet, gram, lentils, mustard, and more across all districts.
