Gujarat State Wide Area Network ( GSWAN ) is an initiative by the Gujarat government for e-governance and digital connectivity across the state. GSWAN (Gujarat State Wide Area Network) at Glance Connectivity creates foundation for rolling out any service electronically hence it is one of the cardinal factors in e-governance. Gujarat SWAN is the first and largest end-to-end IP network in Asia Pacific region, connecting the state government offices on leased lines. It supports voice, video and data services, and enables e-governance applications such as e-Dhara.
