Ayushman arogya mandir: This Portal is designed

This Portal is designed, developed and hosted by Centre for Health Informatics (CHI) of the National Health Portal (NHP), by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India Delhi government has launched 33 new Ayushman Arogya Mandir on 17th June 2025 under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. This is the launch of first phase of Ayushman Arogya Mandir in Delhi out of a total of 1,140 Arogya Mandir planned across the city. The city residents will be able to receive free and high quality primary healthcare services such as basic check-ups and medicines. Learn about the mission to transform 150,000 existing health centres into Arogya Mandirs by 2022, providing a range of services and reducing OOPE. Graam has assessed the implementation of this initiative across India and shared its findings and recommendations. Ayushman Arogya Mandir is a comprehensive primary health care service delivery platform in India. The app allows health workers to submit reports online or offline and monitor their progress.
